- Check with other recipients. Other members of your household, guards, receptionists, or lobby staff may have received your order on your behalf.
- Check the proof of delivery and receiver name. You may see this on the tracking page of the courier assigned to your order.
2. Contact us using this form within 48 hours of the shipment not being received so that we can assist in investigating the issue.
