All orders are processed within 5-7 business days in the Americas (United States, Canada, Bermuda, Brazil, Chile, Colombia, Argentina, Mexico), Australia, the United Kingdom, and the European Union. Orders may not be processed during weekends or holidays in China, Singapore, or in countries where you reside. The foregoing time frames indicate when the item will be prepared for shipment and shipped from our warehouse.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please mind additional days in transit for delivery. If there is a significant delay in the shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
