I received an email asking for more details about my order, is this genuine?

Sometimes the card or process used to make the payment may be flagged by our payment partners and needs further verification. 

In these cases we will request that you provide the following information:

  • Cardholder Name
  • Issuing Bank Name
  • Last 4 Digits of the Card used for Payment
  • Screenshot/Copy of the Transaction confirmation (available in your bank statement/online banking)
  • Screenshot/Copy of the updated billing statement (of the card used for payment) which shows the Billing Address
