Only USDC sent over the ERC20 network can be accepted by our payment gateway (Coinbase Commerce). As a result, we are unable to reverse the transaction or assist you in the recovery of the funds because we did not receive the coins.
USDC sent through other networks or other tokens sent through the ERC20 network will be lost, and we will be unable to recover lost funds because we did not receive them in the first place.
