I received a tracking number, but my MNTD Hotspot has not been delivered yet. Can I apply for a refund?

If you wish to apply for a refund for a product that was shipped out, we recommend refusing the delivery. When you (plan to) refuse the delivery, please inform us by creating a ticket here.

We will take note of the expected return. Once we receive the returned order we will inspect the order. If the results of the inspection are according to our Refund and Exchange Policy we will issue you a refund. Please note that currently, the transit time may be longer than usual
